Not a silly question at all. IGF is still used under research purposes. It is not legal anywhere in the world. Not as yet anyway.

It is a research chemical, so it is legal in the sense that you can perform research on your laboratory animals with it. It isn't FDA blessed yet though, so it isn't a widely available substance or a scheduled drug at this point in time.

its sad the would do such a horrible thing to such a wonderful thing like igf, especially since people dont get "roid rage," a main consideration of why AAS is illegal in the first place
