My stats: 190cm, 100kg, bf 14%.

Bro, not a flame, but I can tell you right now what everyone is going to tell you. If you haven't done enough research to answer these simple questions then you're not ready to use a dangerous drug like insulin . Do a search and read, read, read.

Wow...this is scary to hear. The first thing is you need to know what type of insulin you're using, thats a VERY important step. Next do some research. Steroids are something alot of people **** around with and get off relatively unscathed. Insulin can be a great anabolic compound, but the difference between steroids and insulin is steroid misuse can lead to erectile dysfunction, gynocemastia, acne all things we dont want, but insulin misuse can EASILY lead to coma and death! You have alot to learn, i dont mean to sound condescending but this is not something to play with until you fully understand it! Go to the educational forums, there is a post called "The book on insulin", its a great starting point. Dont be a fool and go ahead with insulin use despite these warnings until you're well educated because you WILL hurt yourself, its not a maybe.

Bro, double check me. But I THINK you should be eating some type of carbs? Theres a certain way you need to it. **** man, you really got yourself into a friggin mess. Go to www.bodybuildingforyou.com and look at their anabolic forums, somewhere in there theres a sticky on insulin . Do a search at their forums and READ it it tells you exactly waht to do. Bro, I really hope your kidding. If not, you need to get some glucose into you fast. Glucose tabs, Gatorade, simple sugars, a candy bar, anything. You should not have done 10iu's to start, you should have some dextrose and glucose tabs on hand before starting insulin use. A glucose monitor would also be beneficial. But hey, you would know this if you had READ some of the endless info. in this forum pertaining to insulin and it's potential dangers.

Bro, you need to be a bit more patient and research/learn before you inject something in your body. Insulin is to be respected, during the mean time if your really serious/truthfull about having those symtoms just drink any soda, gatarade and the like asap. You are experiencing hypoglycemia which is low blood glucose. The white dots is your brain is starving .
