injecting igf
i was curious if the aspiration test is necessary for igf injections, also i wondered if there was a time in the day that was too late for injection.

i figure the question to the first answer is yes, but i was curious about consequences if you dont. i also figure that earlier in the day is better to take it, but if you workout is at 7 or 8 at night i dont reallly know if that is so late that pwo isnt best

Well I usually dose 1-2 hours pre workout and get the most incredible pumps, to the point that most stop to see as my body changesbefore there eyes! Never done it post workout.

Post is best, your igf-1 receptors are ready (so to speak) for igf-1 to start the repair of the muscles you worked

It all depend on what time you go to sleep compared to time of injection

what if i shoot 7 at night, and sleep at 1
