My sleep went down hill a couple weeks in also. It seems to be getting better. Everyone says the sides pass over time.

Actually, the GH should be making you sleepy, not the opposite!!! I bet it's from the large dose of Test....

I do get sleepy aftert the injection but come bed time I fall a sleep and wake up a few hours later then up for an hour or 2 tossing around then back to sleep around 4am. I've been on everything you seen there for a while. Just the GH is new to the mix and it all started after my first day on GH. I didn't have this issue with Nutropin a few years ago. Must be the china water, yeah, that's it..!

Definitely a side effect of Test. I get it all the time. Try some Valarian root. Helps me. If not, Benadryl does the trick....

I slept like a baby up until I started the GH. It does make you tired and lets me fall asleep with no prob. but I'm tossing and turning all night and having weird dreams. I know it's the GH because that's all I'm on and it started the first week I used it. I've talked to other people with the same problem.

I am almost 8 weeks in my GH and i have horrible sleep patterns also, i guess it is from the tren and test, but i thought the GH would make me sleep better anyway?

Definatley , without a doubt, the sleeping problem is not caused by GH

sleep
if it was me, i would decrease the test and dbol and take some melatonin to help sleep. it is better than sleeping pills and has great health benefits.
lots of test makes me stay awake too. good luck.

Oh man, no sleeping pills for me. That stuff kicks my butt for the entire next day. Last night was better. I know it's not the test since I never stop taking test at high doses. Cycle? what's that? Ha. It could be from blowing up with 7 lbs of water in 1 week on just 2 IU's JIn a day. I really felt the pressure even though my blood pressure was fine. I'm just starting to feel normal again. So hopefully my sleep patterns will keep getting better. I'm still holding alot of water. No biggie..Thanks guys.

that is why i take my shot at night-about 10-15 minutes before bed, and I am out like a light. If you take it aft-early night-you fight off the affects and your body basically assumes you need to be up (IMO) time it closer to bed, and you should be fine.

It's not the GH. 2iu a day split is never going to cause and sleep pattern issues. Why are you splitting the 2iu? One am shot of 2iu would be fine.
It's all the test hitting your system.
Sleeping has never been the same for me since I got into this game 6 years ago. Infact sleeping more then 2 hours straight for me in not very common anymore.
Sleep tight,
k
