Newbie Slin user
I am getting ready to start a cycle of Test/Deca . I was looking for a little kick on the days that I do body parts that lack...ie legs and shoulders. I am 6'5 and around 250lbs at about 13% BF. What is the max I should start out with PWO.
I was thinking of starting with 4ius PWO and then working up to 10ius as I become more skilled with recognizing the trends.
Immediately after slin would be creatine and carbs (10g and 40-50 High GI carbs respectively) with about PWO shake about 20 minutes after that consisting of 50g of protein and about 100g of carbs High GI and Low GI mix..
Next meal would be about an 1hr later consisting of chicken and potato or rice/pasta
Last meal about 1 hr after that consisting of about the same.
Avoiding fats during that 4hr period. I should be good after about 4hrs right?
Also, what should I keep with me incase of going hypo...? Just a carb drink....?

"x" amount of slin
immidietly post injection have your "x' amount of dex, 5g gluta and 5g creat
15 min later have a protein shake (isolate) that consist of 75g protein
1.25hrs later have a solid meal, boiled rice and griccled chicken
2.00hrs later, same as meal above.
By the time you have your next meal insulin will no longer be present so you may eat as you usually do.
Keep some glucose tabs on hand incase of an emeregncy.

what are the respective active times of both Humulin and Humalog...?
-

Humalin's onset time is about 30 minutes. Its active life time is about 6 - 8 hours. Humalog's onset time is about 15 minutes, and its active life time is about 4 hours. This refers for Sub-Q.
IM injection cut these times in about 1/2.
