    Gh and b12

    I just got a new months supply of gh, it came with b12 instead of bw. i mixed it but it is still kinna red, the instructions say its suppose to turn clear right away, is this big deal?

    Why would it come with b-12 for reconstuction?

    That sounds rather odd. However, by clear I would bet that they mean not cloudy, as opposed to colorless.
