I dont know from experience, but from what I read.. I agree with igf. I got some on the way myselfOriginally Posted by mixxin

GH is better for overall benefits. IGF-1 is good for muscle, tissue, bone, and nerve repair. If I had to choose one, I would go with GH as I am in my early 30s.
i did gh alone first for 6 months, and now igf...i like gh better you pay more, but its better IMO
LR3, I'm almost 50 so it's better for me

It doesn't really matter which one you choose you will not be dissappointed with either choice.
Just keep in mind that results seen from gh are long term...this is not the case with igf.
why do you say it is not the case with igf most of the growth you get from gh is from igf
You are right...but, you get much less igf from 4 iu of gh than, say a normal dosage of igf (40mcg).
is this not a good thing more igf means more new cells and keepable gains or am i wrong im still learning about this
Done both dude gh for 9 mths and a couple of courses of lr3 and i have to say id go lr3 everytime.Gh was bein shot at 5iu daily and igf for 4wks 40mcg and both ran with aas.The igf gave me the best gains over the short term period so i stick with it now just adding some slin to boost nutrient uptake.Bearing in mind igf is sold as a research chemical some companies wont endorse its use as with gh, but no probs for me so far.
Yes, it is a good thing. I just started igf(40 mcg pwo) and gh(5 iu ed), but if I could only have one I would go with the igf....just like most everyone will tell you. I cant say this from experience, as I have just started igf/gh but look at the responses and you will see from people who have done both in the past.Originally Posted by felthamboy
