    post Igf-lr3 carb intake?

    I cant seem to find any info on this.
    How many carbs should one consume after injecting to avoid hypogicimia?
    MY DOSAGE IS 40MCGS TWICE A DAY

    Why twice a day, if sounds like it's your first time, if so you don't need twice a day. I drink a protein shake after my w/o and injection of LR3, then an hour later I eat some chicken with a cup of brown rice and I'm fine. Protein is the most important thing when using LR3
