    Confused about duration of Humalin-R.

    Some people say 4 others say 6-8. I'm using it now. Shooting it the same way I do my growth. In the abs SubQ I beleive?

    When will I be clear to eat as usual?

    4hrs. I believe shooting IM and 4-6hrs. when shooting Sub-Q. I could be wrong though.

    other way around IM for humalin R is ~4 hours, sometimes a little more, and subc is 6-8......
