Also had with it 10g glutamine / 10g creatine + 50g Carbs
10-15 Mins Later had Protein Shake 80g
In about a hour I'm going to have 2x Chicken Fillets with Brown Rice

Injection + 60 minutes going quite light headed and shacking... little hypo...
Just getting my meal down my neck now...
Think I'm putting in down to not eating much B4 training, I train when I first get up and don't really eat much B4, so going to up my carbs a little tomorrow and see how that goes... maybe have a meal replacement drink a hour B4 training?
In fact while writing this and eating my Chicken + Rice at the same time I'm feeling much better...
Have also had a load of photos taken so I can see progress with up them as soon as poss…

You defenitly need to consume some source of energy prior training. You don't necessaraly have to bloat yourself by having a meal, but some carbohydrates no earlier than 45min - 1hr prior training is essential when it comes to my training. I can't train on empty stomach.
Apart from that, everything sounds good.
