Best time of day to take HGH?

When is the best time of day to take HGH? Also, should one take it on an empty stomach?

Right now brother! The sooner the better.

Morning and Mid afternoon seem to be the norm.

I do mine in the morning and 6pm. 3IU's total 1.5 IU every 12 hours. I'm also doing IGF.

What a kick ass combo. Test, GH, IGF and T3. You can't go wrong unless you eat like a bird.

i do my shots before bed and find the effect to be much stronger that way..and if trhere is such a sthing a supressed hgh production it wil start right up after stopping hgh injections.
