what would u say is the rec. dose for taking IGF LR3 and GH at age 24

It depends on what you are trying to achive. Generally speaking, if you are using both GH and LR3, then your LR3 dose should be slightly lower than what it would usually be.

If you want to do both together then no more then 4iu's gh with no more then 40mcg's of igf-1. But everyone is different with there goals.
