80mcg igf1 lr3 for 4 weeks while on cytomel (t3)
hey guys
do you think 80mcg/day is enough igf1 lr3 for 4 weeks while on cytomel (during the same 4 weeks) is enough to prevent the catabolism of cytomel and preserve all my lean tissues?
id have intense cardio.. 6 days/week.. 45 minutes of distance running
think using insulin along with this would be bad if im trying to cut?

my personal experience with T3 is too much of a rebound and will stay away from it. Eating clean + cardio + not drinking, and cycling LR3IGF will drop your %bf from what I have read and heard from other members of the board. Supposedly topical PGF2A + T3 stacked is better for fat loss but have no experience with that.
