i.u.'s to ml

Can someone help me out and give me the conversion for I.U.s to ml. (Is it 10 i.u.s per ml). Don't know if I am taking the right amount or not and don't want to screw things up.

if your talking about the marks on a slinpin then 100iu is 1ml.
if your talking about hgh then it depends on how much dilutent you used.
