IGF blood levels

The doctor told me that my results for from my blood test concerning the IGF levels were on the low side. He said they were 117 which is below the low scale. He also said he would like to get my levels to around 320 or so. Now, Im taking 3 ius 5/2 per the docs recommendations.

What type of levels do you need to achieve in order to gain good size? Some feedback on the ius versus blood levels would be very informative.

What is considered to be a high IGF level?

With the level the doc recommneded with the right diet will yield good gains
