    Does the igf-1 from MR come alreadly diluted , and does it have to b kept in a fridge ?

    You can order the diluted version or just the powder (more expensive). Yes it should be kept in the fridge.

    most get the diluted version due to it being cheaper and yes it has to be kept in the fridge
