    IGF in the freezer

Ive just received my IGF1 from MR, prediluted.
The problem is that I only could put it in the frrezer not fridge and it got frozen!!!! I gave it to the fridge then, but it was for about 90 minutes in the freezer. Is it still OK?

    thanks bros

if it got frozen then it will probably be destroyd or at least degrade, never put igf in the fridge unless its suspended in BA.

That's a shame bro............. as rodge nl. stated at minimum the IGF will be degraded........ it's a very fragile peptide.

doyou think there is a good chance that it only will be degraded not co,pletely destroyed, cause it was there for 90 minutes "only"
why am I such an idiot?

check your blood glucose levels before and an hour after the shot to see if its still working.

Rodge, so you recommend not refrigrating IGF1 like GH? Are you referring to Benzyl Alcohol or Bacteriostatic water when you said "never put igf in the fridge unless its suspended in BA". Thanks.

it does needs to be stored cool in the fridge but must not been put in the freezer as it will freeze and destroys the peptide.unless its supended in benzyl alcohol wich prevents it from freezing.but in AA always in the fridge.

Ok, just like GH then, thanks. I'm about a month away from doing IGF1 for the first time. This will be exciting to push past AAS gains.

Rodge, IGF1 is basically the end product of GH after it's converted in the liver, right? Do you believe in doing GH and IGF1 together with AAS, T3 and slin? I'm thinking of doing IGF1 @ 60mcg pre workout, dbol or tbol @ 40mgs/day jump start then 500-750mgs/wk-eod test e, t3 and nolva. How does that sound?

Sorry for hijacking this thread, I can move this to a new one....

This is what MR wrote to me:

No but constant freezing and unthawing will damage the peptide. I
recommend not freezing at all but One time will not destroy it.

hmmm I measured the blood glucose today before the shot on empty stomach :6mmol/ml
and then 1 hour after the shot of IGF, BUT IT WAS UNCHAGED!! So now, I can be sure that it is inactive?

now the question is whether it was destroyed by the freezing or by the transport, cause when it cam,e to me, the ice packs were not cold, Id guess it was in about 20-25 degrees C
it took 6 days to come to me

so I dont know whether it would be clever to order another ml...

i ordered by MR also and when it arrived my coldpacks were also melted and it was'nt really cool anymore but mine is def working as i notice it and monitored my blood glucose levels.so i don't think it was an transport issue and def was destroyed by freezing.btw mine arrived 4 days after being shipped.

can you tell me what you glucose levels were before and after the shot?

I mesured it again 2,5 h after 140g os carbs and it shows 6,2mmol/ml is that a difference?

    yeah that seem good

but I wonder why my levels are only 6,2 after 140g of carbs taken 2,5h before the measurement...in comparison to the 6,0 on empty stomach

Freezing any organic substance will most like break down its lattices, unless it is absolute anhydrous?

Put an apple in the freezer, then take it out and thaw it and you will seen a simple example.

hmmm I dont know guys, but it seems to work, its day 5, I have an unusual headache, I very tired, my pumps seem to be better than before and feel "different" but IM not absolutely sure

Rodge, Ill try to measure my glucose 2-3 hours after the IGF shot still not taking any carbs....Ill tell you tomorrow whether the value are changed or not

THE QUESTION IS WHETHER MY GLUCOSE LEVELS WOULD BE LOWER ALSO WITHOUTH THE IGF IF I MEASURED MY GLUCOSE IN THE MORNING AND THEN 2-3 HOURS LATER WITHOUT ANY CARB, I WILL EAT PROTEINS ONLY

    Do you know that?
I mean if it should normally be lowered if not eating carbs for 3 hours I ll not find out whether its the IGF working or not...

it seems to be working quite fine, Im lowering the dose to 50mcg per day. This should be enough or is it a problem because I started at 100 and am going to lower it to a half, with AAS this would not work, but here it should fine, am I right?
