    How do u inject in tricep ?

    I've been wanted to ask this for while but now i need to know.

    How do u inject into tricep muscle?

    I did search here but couldn't find any instructions: i know that i should use 1" probably 23g or 25g. Is 25g ok. Please help thank you

    Use a 23g 5/8. You don't need a 1" for triceps.

    use a 25g needle - takes along time to come out but worth it - less pain.
