Women and HGH

My girl was asking me about taking HGH. I told her that I didnt know anything about women taking but I'd ask online. So... would it be safe for women to HGH for fatloss and an overall leaner appearance? What would the sides be for a 3 month cycle?

She should do 6 months at 1-2iu, with a good diet and cardio she can lean up fine

Johnny, would you recommend a woman doing anavar, deca or anything on the low androgen scale while on GH? You don't want to miss the synergestic effect with AAS, right?

Var is your best choice with HGH.That's how I'm running it.

I'm doing a cycle of Var with HGH then coming off of var for 3 months then a cycle of primo 25mg a week with HGH.

I will not be coming off HGH during on or off cycle.


The reason I'm only doing 25mg a week of primo (Next cycle )is I did a cycle last year 100mg a week with Var and had bad sides . Broke out like crazy and hair growth which went away ,Thank God!!

I'm doing the var now so I now know it was the primo and not the var that gave me the sides last year.

After a month you should probably add a low dose of T3 with the GH, it's known to suppress your own T3.

I ran it starting at 10mg ED for 8 weeks last time so I'll start with 10 again. I will increase it to 20 or run it with Primo, not sure yet. I'll most likely run the Var alone then the Primo, don't want to risk virilization or any more sides.. I already know I'll breakout from it

how did you take the primo? split it up or take it al once a week?this could be the cause of your break outs ect.

Yes I did take it all at once,maybe that was it but not taking the chance again. It was bad.


Maybe down the road sometime I'll try splitting up the injects during the week.

i was taking 50 mg's e3d so that i would be getting 100 mg's a week you may wan to lower your dose down to 25 if you try it again so you can see if that was causing the sides

Not sure you should start out using 15mg of var right away.

I would do 5mg first week then 2nd week 10 and 3rd week 15mg.That's how I did it last year.

You might want to sart at 1 IU for the first week then up it to 2 the following week. Split injects.

I agree, why start at a high dose when you don't know how your body is going to react?

Always start lower and work your way up. 15 is high for Var, make sure you don't have any sides at 5 and 10 first.

Also, you wouldn't need more then 2 IU's max, I use 2 IU's EOD and I've been on 7 weeks... I would use 1 to start and if you are going ED, I would stay at one because you will most likely bloat bad with 2 IU's ED, I did...

You can get great results with these two combined at lower doses is my point

I see. Well, thanks alot. After seeing what var did for me with my prop cycle, she is excited. I think she should see good results.
