Do u find spot injections reduce fat with HGH?

Hi all,

As you know I'm doing HGH and injecting in tummy area. I lost fat all over (Not that I'm fat at all) and getting leaner by the day.

Been on HGH about a month and still up in the air about spot injects and fat lost . I will be changing location of injections to really see if there's something to this.

It's hard to tell with my body when I lose / Gain weight pretty evenly thru out my body.

I'm going to try above the knee for the next month as I tend to get that little tiny pocket of fat there.

I will post update in a month .

Has spot injects worked for you?

I personally don't think they worked for me. My results are good, but i just didn't notice localized fat reduction, if there is some, it is minimal.

what kind of hgh\brand are you using?

I use serostim and also dont really notice any localized fat loss. Maybe a little but very minimal of any.

Blue, thanks for all your post. Because of you and Jerzey my g/f is thinking about starting GH. Anyway, to answer your question I haven't noticed in localized fat loss. I have noticed myself leaning out everywhere but my lower abs, which is where I inject.

My experience is that there is no spot reduction. Men just lose fat in there abs last. Nothing you can do about it.

Yes, very true. Last fat deposits to lose is first to gain. I'm in the same boat.
