plz help me figure out this HGH prob w/ my dad!

My dad is getting Serono 5mg vials and reconstituting him so that it stretches to about 20 days of usage. how much is he doing because he is in the 4th month and doesnt notice any results. He is going to up the dosage but how much should 5mg be dilted to and then how many IU should be shot every day?

What dose is he using now and does he have 5mg or a kit of 5mg?

I am not sure but he gets a bottle thats vaccum sealed with 5mg of the lypholized powder and he dilutes it with I think 3 mL of bacteriostatic water then stretches that over about 20 days. I think this is too little. How much should he up the dosage?
