    Anyone who knows you will obviously know that you werent trying to be an ass. I agree with you that a lot of people come up w/ comments, that are sometimes true or not, and want others to explain why.

    Just like when I was benching a few days ago and I completed a full range of motion and go down until it almost hits my chest (I have long arms). And someone I dont really know well comes up to me and tells me that I shouldnt be going down that low b/c it's not good for the shoulders. So I looked at him and asked him why and he said he didnt know. So Why the F*** are you telling me its bad. Wait???? Am I getting off topic??? OK I'm out!!!
