Igf-1 ?
Hello guys, I just started using IGF-1 for the first time. I know protein intake is very important during an IGF-1 cycle; my question is how much protein can my body digest per meal? Right now I take in about 50-75 grams per meal…I am getting about 350 –400 per day….today is my third day of the cycle. I am also running Test Enth (750ml),Deca (500ml) and Dbol (40mg)….PCT will include IGF-1 as well. Thanks

All I know is that you're going to get huge. I've always read 50g protein per meal is optimal, your body can digest and use it easier. Eat more often. Also make sure to take digestive enzymes or eat pineapple with all of that protein. Have fun....

I stick with 50 grams protein per meal.
sometimes a little higher.
but you will know it soon enough if you are taking in too much protein...
because your intestines won't be able to digest it all.
and then you get some serious gasproblems and diarrea.
everybody is different, so try it out I would say.
you could consider taking extra HydrochloricAcid Tablets to improve digestion or pineapple.
tell me how many mcg's of IGF-1 you are doing,
your cycle is exactly like my next cycle and I will use igf-1 as well
peace

I'm taking 40mcg (5 on-2 off) and may jump it up during PCT..as for the Hydrochloric Acid Tablets I'll give them a try. Thanks for the reply bro.

Bro you need high amounts of protein when using LR3, but here's an indicator that you body's not using it all, you gas smells like something died. Spead those meal out a little more like 40-50 grams of protein every 2 hours.
