i usually eat a small-ish pick me up meal before the gym > workout > go home to a preloaded pin add the bw > shoot it > then have a shake. I never noticed a difference with the dextrose there.
The info I've read says the increased insulin is very synergystic with lr3 IGF-1 & AAS. IMO, It's a small window at PWO so you might as well max it out. I'll prefer dextrose over injecting slin for now. I just don't want to mess with slin, it's a personal thing with me.
