Above is animation that explains how growth factors work.

Thought I'd share this with all you who wondered how IGF or growth factors in general worked on packing on muscle. This is a sorta thanks to JohnnyB and RedBaron for helping me out with my IGF stuff... I saw this while taking BIO 111 last semester... thought I'd share.

Almost gave me that early 80's feel of sitting in biology class with the reel to reel going... Cell Proliferation Signaling Pathway was a good watch....thanks.
