Where to inject into shoulder

Im going to do my IGF1Lr3 shots into the shoulder with a slin pin, and i know you need to shoot into the medial deltoid, how do you know exactly where to inject and are there anything you can hit like nerves in the shoulder if you do it wrong?

Your chances of hitting a nerve with a slin pin are slim, because the needle is too small.
