Crash when off

when i stop using slin i crash by upto 20 pounds ,this happens every time i come off is there a way of preventing this? any help would be well greeted

I drop fluid as well once I take a break but more like 5 lbs.
You think the pro's ever come off insulin?...NO...But when they do, they shrink too...

Yes that's alot. What do you look like with 20 extra lbs? How long does it take to gain those 20 lbs? Sounds like fluid to me. How's your diet.. Is that you in the atavar?

20 pounds is a lot of weight to be dropping. But i wouldnt worry about it if you gain and lose 20 pound that fast its just water weight and not worth having anyway.
