    Overtraining?

Not sure if I made this up in my head or not, but did I read that this helps recovery time? And if it does or doesnt, how bad would it be for me to train lets say chest and bi's one day and then do bi's and tri's the next?

My work outs normally are one of the following

    Back/tris
    chest/bi's
    legs
shoulders traps/ w/ bi's or less often tri's (if I did bi's the day before)
    bi's/tri's

so I kinda run into problems in which work out to do next as I only do legs once a week. Also I take a break from weight training once ever 6 or 7 days.

    Thanks, and nice avatar.

Anybody else got any useful input, so far everyone else seems to think this thread is open mic night at a comedy club.

You could try something like this if you really are pushing to have two Tri/Bi workouts a week. But you may find, as most do, if you are doing enough sets and using good form and proper poundages - once a week is better.

    Day 1 - Back/Bis
    Day 2 - Chest/Abs/Tris
    Day 3 - Legs
    Day 4 - Shoulders/Traps
    Day 5 - Bis/Tris

    Day 6 & 7 - Off/Cardio?

....Or do like Lavinco says - I'm starting to believe that's him in the avatar.

I've heard steroids in general do help with recovery time... especially GH. Overtraining is something that up until now I haven't worried about, but am keeping aware of it possibly happening as my weight/strength increases.

    I cycle through this:
    day 1:chest/triceps
    day 2:legs
    day 3:shoulders/calves
    day 4:back/biceps
    every day:abs
(sometimes I do two days in one day, goal is to get through this 2x a week, adding as much weight as I can)

On test, ox, deca , & HGH.

I'd be interested if anyone has any references to this subject, have been wondering about it for awhile.
