I think it has to do with availability, serotim comes with sterile water, because the AIDS patient is supposed to inject the 18iu. Saizen comes with BW, so it can be injected over time. With serotim being for AIDS patients, it's more available, cause those that are on drugs, will sell it for money to shot dope. Saizen is for HGH deficient youth and/or adults, they are more likely to keep it and use it for thier medical needs.

that's crazy... Why would they not just put BW in the serostim kits then?

If you mix serostim with BW water it should last for two weeks right?

The reason is the AIDS patient is supposed to use the whole vial, in one day or one injection. If you mix it in BW it's good for 28 days. The names and the way it's packaged, is all for marketing, they're the same HGH, just with a different name and packing
