Ok guys,I know very little about slin.Doing my homework.I have great advise here.If I decide to run slin,I will use Humalog (Insulin lispro inj.)I can get this type. I hear this is the fastest acting insulin available.I guess this would be best and safest slin to use,why is that? How do I change my approach with the great information I have here,but using Insulin lispro.Any information would be great.

So you are using Humalog? What is insulin lispro inj? brand name or pen or something? I would shoot it intermuscular post workout and will kick in fast and hopefully be gone in a matter of 3-4 hours, so no threat of going hypo after that. Hit up your dex and creatine immediatley after inj. I like to use it only after i train a lagging bodypart, no more than 3 times a week, i get saturated, not any additional benifits, it feels like any more than that. I havent heard anybody say this before but it feels like my muscles are as full as they can get after just a couple days of use. The reason they say it is the safest is because it gets out of your system the fastest so you have less chance of being surprised by a drop in glucose levels.
Yes Insulin lispro is Humalog.

As far as my experience with Slin goes, it has to be the most effective weapon in my posession. Whenever I take it, I feel so much fuller, stronger, and it definitely compliments other compounds that I like to run.

By that time I should have enough time to shower and then my hour will be up to consume my first meal. Some dont like to shower b/c they say you may slip into hypo and not even notice it. I waited it out at first, now that I"m comfortable I shower with no prob. I suggest you do the same.
I'll then eat my first meal an hour after injection time. 6oz. of Chix/beef/fish and about 3/4 cup of a starchy substance plus some veggies. White rice, baked potato, pasta. You need the higher glycemic foods to balance out the slin. I've read of some trying to use slin in a cutter and they think that by eating some brown rice or sweet potato will benefit them. That isnt enough to balance out the LOG. NO FATS!!!!! Remember everything that you consume in that 3-4 hour spand after injection time is going right to your muscles!!
About an 60-90 minutes after that meal I"ll eat the same thing. I dnot carry around an alarm clock for when to eat but I try to ingest food every hour or so. Believe me when you're on the slin you will be hingry enough.
Plus I know you love your Var. I would always take half my Var dose with my Isolate shake right after injection. Making sure I get complete use out of them.
