its a 1cc syringe, but is way too long to be 1cc, and it has units on it; ie. 20,40, 60, 80, 100...whats the units?

They are used as different measuring tools. As far as GH the 10, 20 would be 1, 2 iu......................For slin 10iu would be the 10 on the Pin...........Same goes for IGF 10 on the pin would be 100mcg. That is if you have the more common 1000mcg/ml bottle.
