ok im going to start my first slin protecol (postworkout)
i would like to have some input(critique)on this.
first of let me state that im on a test/tren cycle week 6 and wich to get some more benefits from it by adding the slin(novarapid)post workout.
ok here it goes:
18:00 im at the gym and about to start my workout,
20:00 im heading home as fast as posible,
20:08 inject 4IU into my left bicep
20:10 40grams of dextrose 7 grams of creatine monohydraat
20:45 50 grams of whey protein
21:50 40 grams of NMP carb/protein recovery drink whit mon/di and oligosaccaridden (dont know if this is correct english) for constand energie supply together with 40grams of caseinaat protein(milk protein)
and always have my dextro energy on hand in case off..
