    slin I/M

    shit ive been doing all my humalog shots sub q . i just relised i should be doing them intamuscularlly.
    so im wondering how long after injecting humalog sub q lasts in the body before returning to my natural insulin levels. . ? so i can start bulking up once it wears off.
    also if shooting intramuscular how long does it last until im back to my natural insulin levels?
    please i need a researched and educated response please. ive searched and have a fair idea but i want to double check .

    If you really searched hard and far then you would have realized a long time ago that Slin is more effective when taken IM immediately after your workout. Plus this belongs in the GH forum so I"m moving it. Oh wait I'm not a MOD

    yeah i know humalog is 2 1/2 hrs IM
    4 hrs sub q
    but is that the total life span active in the blood ?
    NO ONE SAYS WHAT THE half life of humalog insulin is?

    soorry about wriong forum just checking tosee if my method im using was correct as i used to do sub q not IM

    The peak effect occurs between 1 and 2 hours after injection. It can last for up to 5 hours.........

    why worry about it so much....

    we know what it peaks, and what the duration is for IM and subc.... I can get IV if you want...... so whats all the fuss?

    ive read that sticky but for my health i dont trust everything i read. i reserch thorough getting everyones opions and make my final educated decision. im not going to abuse something i just read on someones thread thre are always more than one side to a story.

    At the end of your initial post you stated "responses much appreciated." Then in your last post you stated "I dont trust anything I read." Mind you that is a sticky from one of the most knowledgeable people we have here, his title is a short reflection of that.

    So my question is why bother to come to a board to ask for advice then reply with what you said? Yes there is always more then 1 side to the story as you stated. But there are proven factual answers to your question................


    I just don't get it sometimes............................

    i do agree with the sticky. but i wrote this thread as id like to ee other peoples opions on their experience . similar to say swales hcg protocol because its a sticky dosent mean its the only way to use hcg

    alright one last question i inject my insulin with a glucose pen . will this be sufficient enough to use as a intramuscular injection if i hit it in my calves, delts or outer bis where its just skin and muscle. ? im about 5-7% bf just finished cutting up. or will i have to use a insulin needle ?

    First I want to thank Jayhova for the kind words.... seriously

    Second, I can see that you want to learn thats cool.... but AR has been here a while, if something gets stickied there is a reason why

    Third, why shoot in weird places? With slin youre shooting next to nothing... so why not shoot in delts or tris to keep it simple?
