I'll be taking 40mcg's of lr3 and have a few questions:
1. If shooting sm, do I need to aspirate?
2. How many grams of dextrose should I consume with my shake post workout?
3. Can it be ran 7 days a week or is it best to do it on a 5 on 2 off?
4. Is it really necessary to inject into the muscle worked?
