Gh and Insu

Hello guys
I just got some Gh and this time i want to do some Insu along with it.Have used Gh before but not insu.Can anyone tell me how you use insu,in the morning and after workout?,and how much units can i get the best results you think???
Hope anyone can give me some info on this.....

def research the subject before trying it. slin is seriues stuff,safe when you know how to use it but lethal when used by uneducated.

so research and if you got any more specific questions,feel free to ask.

After reading these then post any questions you may have. These 2 threads will cover most of what you need to know.

As Rodge stated post all questions even if you feel stupid asking them. No question is a dumb question, especially with Slin.
