    Gh Question

    suppose you didnt workout but had a sound diet and were using 4 ius of gh a day, would it cut body fat?? or do you actually have to lift wieghts?

    Why would you want to do that anyway?

    To answer your question GH does aid in the mobilization of adipose tissue so yes, but I'm sure the bare minimum. I'm sure being all natural and training would cut waaaaaaaaay more BF then not lifting weights and taking GH. That would be a huge waste on money IMO.
