If you have body building goals in mind how long will that last. I have never meesed with GH.

Cant answer that question with the given info brotha. 500iu's will last some a year. I picked up 800 to last 8 months, would have been 6 months except I have some LR3 in there too, made it last longer..............

Well I'm trying to figure out how much to order. If I'm using a gram of test an work out 4 times a week. I weigh 235 lbs 15%BF

Well I have used it many times and many different ways. My next route was going to be EOD but pulled out and will continue with the 6/2 spit.

As far as your question "bodybuilding goals" I"m assuming that you'll be wanting some serious LBM correct? If so then the higher the dose the better.

At 4iu's I didnt notice much LBM even running it for over 6 months. I'd say for LBM you would really need to start getting up over 6-8iu ED. I've found the more I use the better the gains. On the same note I have gotten more of an LBM gain from AAS rather then GH. Even GH combined with Slin I still got more from AAS.
