Is Letro needed with HGH and VAR

I'm not doing test with HGH I actually have done alot of test when I was younger so I decided to Do HGH and VAR possible Primo, but I never had issues of Gyno while on test so I guess I'm not likely to get Gyno. I never have done hgh and heard it could form gyno so should I use letro during hgh and also hgh will be a 5 month cycle so I don't think I should use it the whole 5 months. Or should I start when I show early signs of Gyno.

Don't use it, letro is for women with breast cancer, cancer patients have high IGF-1 levels, so AI's and SERM are made to reduce IGF-1 in the patients. That would be counter productive to the use of HGH. If you want to avoid the gyno from HGH, start at a low dose and ramp your way up, until you reach the desired dose.

I heard Nolva lowers igf-1 levels but I thought letro didn't but I take your word. Thanks Johnny B

Gyno from GH? That's news to me. And yeah I think you were talking about the other SERM there. Letro actually increases IGF-1 levels a bit?

That was one study that showed it increased IGF-1, but if it does increase IGF-1 then it wouldn't be used for the treatment of breast cancer, IGF-1 is what causes the cancer cells to mutate. You need to lower IGF-1 to treat cancer properly. Do a search on the handle "ironmatser" he had some good stuff on SERM and AI with HGH, If I remember right he said they reduced IGF-1 by 18% and recommended that they not be used during an HGH cycle or up the dose while using them

And yes this thing with HGH and gyno is new, I don't understand it, but I don't think it's estrogen causing it. I know there have been people that say if they start at 2iu for 3 weeks then up the dose 1iu every 3 weeks until they get to the desired dose, they don't have a problem. It seems like the people having problems are the ones starting out at 6-12 iu, some as low as 4iu.
