    igf and precontest

hi, i'm preparing for a contest and i'm on a low carbs diet ( very low)
i wouldlike to know if igf-1 may help me to add something new to my physique ....

also assuming that i'm on a low carb diet( 50 grams per day), do i have to be worry about hypoglycemia? i think i'm very sensitive... so i don't want to feel the same bad sides i had with previous slin experience....

    thanks, metalmike

Well IGF is a great cutting tool and precontest hormone, what this means you will loose BF% even on a non restricted diet.IGF is much safer than slin and the hypoglycemia effects are much milder than slin.I would use Dextrose as it is a fast acting carbs,This varies upon the individual ranging from 50g to 100g's,also dose related. As your situation is unusual,You can get technical with this if you chose to.Monitor your BG levels after taking in X amount of dextrose, which enables the precise amount to use for you personally. If you do decide to run IGF I would increase your carbs Slightly ED so you could incorporate this cycle, remember this is an expensive fat burner,so you don`t have the risks with the Additional carbs. This is what I would do,buy 3 kits, which will last you 5 weeks,at 80mcg ED.The last 10 days run it at 100mcg for the finish.

50 grams a day of carbs while on LR3, isn't the best idea, I wouldn't recommend it. It does have insulin like effects, those the Insulin-Like in the name. I believe it's best run with carbs, especially PWO and some more about 2 hours after that.

Worth every cent IMO, will help hold on to that hard earned muscle built in the off season and burn fat at the same time, but should be stoped 2 weeks before competition due to bloat.

HGH takes a good 4 months to kick in,you will see results fast with IGF,hence, a pre contest tool. You will not gain LBM mass with IGF,it is worth it? Hard to answer....
