insulin and T3 combo no AAS

if NO AAS are being used, but one still wants an anabolic response post workout could insulin (6-10iu pwo) along with a small dose of T3(12.5-25mcg pwo) be used.the insulin to shuttle nutrients and the low T3 dose to act anabolically by turning over more calories(protein, carbs and fats).
i would be following recommended pwo drink 10g glucose per iu of insulin pwo.
what effect would insulin and T3 have on igf levels?
would this combo INCREASE or DECREASE igf levels?

I SPECIFICALLY WOULD LIKE YOUR OPINION ON WHAT INSULIN/T3 COMBO WOULD HAVE ON IGF LEVELS.

if it DECREASES igf levels would it be best combining LR3igf-1 (60-80mcg)alongside the T3/insulin stack post workout?

IYou could try 12.5mcg of t-3 and slin PW. IMO, I dont think you see much of anything out of the slin, maybe I would only use t-3 alone with no slin if I were extremely overweight where chances are you will burn more fat than LBM. Either way, IMO, I save my slin for when I run hgh or maybe even AAS but prefferably hgh/slin/AAS with t-3 to counteract gh effects on thyroid.

As far as I know, slin/t-3 wont have any significant effect on your igf levels.

I would use the T3 first thing in the morning on empty stomach.
