My goals at the moment are to lower BF%, Im also on a cycle of AAS and Im 24 .Ok, accordingly the best times of injecting hgh are first thing in the AM and early afternoon. Lets say, 7:00am and 1:30pm. I workout around 3:00pm for an hour till 4:00pm where I take my shot of insulin or LR3. At the present moment, I cycling with LR3 so I take a 60mcg shot first thing in the am, and a 60mcg shot immediately post workout.
7:00am 4iu hgh sub-q, 60mcg LR3, 50mcg t-3.
1:30pm 4iu hgh sub-q
3:00pm 60min strength training.
4:00pm 60mcg LR3.
I follow the LR3 and HGH 5 days on/ 2days off. How does this look to you all???
The reason I am worried now, is because some people are telling me that taking hgh before a workout is a waste. Our bodies produce our biggest burst of HGH at night and right before a short training session. So would I be better off taking my hgh and LR3 right after my workout at 4:00pm. What do you guys think?
