    HGH - When to Eat

    How long should you wait to eat after injecting?

    Can you take HGH every day no breaks for months?

    no need to wait to eat just avoid carbs. take some chromium/r-ala with it.

    you can take hgh every day for a longer period of time but if you go for more then 9-12 months then i would switch to the 5/2 or 6/1 protocol.

    just remember no carbs an hour before and after injection... and I would go 6/1 from the start with intentions of going at least 6 months... good luck!
