4 On/4 Off Dosing Protocol?

What are your experiences of following the 4 days on 4 days off dosing strat.?

I know a high dose is needed around 10-12 IU?

From what i have read administering GH in this way is more effective as it replicates a child growth spurts, and will not cause natural GH levels to decline when the course is finnished?

I've never tried it that way, but I'd like to hear if it works or not.
