Help! Lumpy IGF with BA?

I just made my IGF in benzyl alcohol because I ran out of acetic acid. I poured in 1ml of BA into 1000mcg of IGF but the IGF sits clumped on the bottom of my vial, it looks very solid.

What now?

Roll it in your palms, don't shake it, but roll it to get it to mix

Doesn't help. It's very solid, it looks like a very very solid lump of sugar. If I turn it upside down, there's like 0.01-0.02ml (1-2iu) of BA seeping out of the clump from the sides but that's it.

What about temperature, can I warm it up? already tried warming it to 40 degrees celcius but it didn't help.

Is this GenSci's LR3?

I have no idea, it's from China, no labels on the bottle. Had a blue plastic cap (flip-top?) on the top.
