a lot of basic questions
So i have a pile of questions for everyone so get ready and do your best
I really want to try it in my next cycle, which will not contain GH, just aas and i will be running it for 12 weeks it will consist of test p and deca . my stats are, i am 27yrs old, 6'1 275 @ 10% ( these are my stats when i will be doing the igf Lr3 )...i am dieting for a show now so my stats are a little different...i am a competitive BB and have a lot of knowledge on aas but none on igf. so now you know my stats and a bit about me, now here come the questions.
1) what is a reccommended dose for me? 100mcg ed?
2) If so then a 1000mcg vial last me 10 days, correct? assuming 100mcg ed
2a) 100mcg is equal to 5 i.u's?
3) i can get it mixed so it is ready to shoot i dont need to do anything to it. right?
4) do i need to do gh, slin, or any specific type of aas to benifit more?
5) how do i shot it IM or subq? with a slin pin?
6) is site injection a good idea for localized growth?
7) high protein diet and around 120g carbs ed correct?what about fat?
7a) cardio helps but not nessasry to go crazy with it correct?
9) What should i expect, fat lose, muscle gains, or both?
10) how do i store it?
11) how long should it be ran for to see the best results?
12) according to my math and 1000mcg vial last 10-13 days, is it worth it?
13) do i do it all at once or split my shots daily into prewo and postwo?
14) what do i eat right after my shot? if so what?

thanks man...that is exactly what i needed to know....I am doing a show and was thining of adding it now, 3 weeks out but i dont know if i should just wait till after this show and do like 6 weeks of it...any thoughts?

1) Starting dose for anyone is 40-80mcg, 40mcg if you have low HGH/IGF-1 levels. So I'd say 60mcg is a good dose to start for you.
2) Yes, a) No, if the 1000mcg is suspended in 1 ml, 10iu on a slin pin will be 100mcg.
3) Yes you can
4) The addition of those would be beneficial, but for your first run at LR3, you want to see how your body is going to react to it. So I say do it alone or with PCT, that way you'll know how your body reacts to LR3.
5) IM, slin pin, post work out
6) Not with LR3 IGF-1. What we call "The Pump" is fluid that has IGF-1 Binding Proteins in it, your damaged muscles have IGF-1 receptor. The fluid binds the IGF-1 to the damaged muscles to start the haeling process. Since LR3 binds poorly to IGF-1 BP, the full (larger part) dose will not be bound to the damaged muscles, like rhIGF-1 would be. So you'll be getting small amounts of IGF-1 analog (LR3) during the active life of the LR3. In those first few hours you can take advantage of the insulin -like factor of LR3 IGF-1. The insulin-like part, will shuttle nutrients into the damaged muscle, to help with the recovery process. I do a protein/carb drink when I do my injection PWO, then another protein shake with 25-50 grams of protein an hour later. Then another hour after that, I'll eat a meal with protein and carbs, with low fat.
7) That depends on what you goal is, if you are trying to gain mass, you'll need more carbs, to get the calorie count up. As far as fat goes, I keep it down for the first 3 hours after my injection, then I go to whatever my diet is at the time. a) That would be goal orientated, for me I get my shot in as soon as I can after I'm done with my w/o, so I don't do any cardio after my training.
9) I got both, gained some lean mass and drop some fat
10) Keep it in the frig.
11) 4-5 weeks
12) That depends on the dose you run.
13) With 60mcg, all at once, post work out, if you were to run 80mcg then you could do a shot when you wake up and another PWO.
14) I drink a shake with carbs, protein, gultamine peptides and multi-vitamin and mineral powder in it. But that's just what I do, as long as you get the carbs and proetin down you're doing good

Just one more quick question, should i start it now 3 weeks from a comp, or what till i am done the comp and run it then wi th my next cycle???
