    IGF-1 blood levels?

    Where do you want your levels?

    I just got bloodwork done and the result is 467 ng/mL ,which is above the normal range. I'm using HGH and want to adjust my dosage if needed.

    That's up to you Bro, if you are above normal and using HGH, I'd think that was where you'd want to be.
