    Keeping Hgh in my lunch box?

    While i'm at work will some ice in my cooler keep my Hgh cold enough.

    I wrap mine in a paper towel, put it in a baggie and then place it in cooler. I put a thermometer in there to be sure and it is within a couple degrees of my refrigerator.

    and get the thermometer to read 36 -40 fahrenheit, right?
