Can i use IGF sametime as INSULIN?

I dont get hypno with igf so can i add humalog pwo togheter with my igf?
Im on bulk

some people do - but its better to alternate 4 weeks or so igf with 4 weeks insulin

igf increases your insulin sensitivity and so you have a much greater chance of going hypo - unless you have your carbs down to a tea

I think its a great idea as long as you know how to control the nutrinets side of things.

the thing is if you are going by the 4 weeks on 4 weeks off protocol that is generally advised - it means you have 4 weeks igf/slin then 4 weeks of nothing

i personally would rather alternate the two

this is just me though
i react strongly to slin so i wouldnt want to further my risk of going hypo
