    Question for slin experts?

I understand it is not recommended to eat considerable amounts of fat when the slin is active, but fats coming from whole food sources have to be digested right? How can slin shuttle the nutrients aka fats from a meal if they are not broken down? This is just a random thought, maybe RedBaron or Gear can clear this up for me, thanx.

It's all about the kcals. Fat is 9 kcal per gram while pro/carb is 4 per gram. So consuming lots of fat while slin is still active will increase fat storage. Plus fat can only be stored as well, fat. Proteins (whey and solid) and carbs (fast and slow) with a little amount of healthy fat is the best way to go post slin use.
