Insulin itself has nothing to do with fat storage, the fat storage part depends on what you eat. If you have a good diet and give your body the right amount of necessary nutrients, you won't gain fat even if you took 20IU 4 times p/day. Insulin only shuttles nutrients into cells, it does not create fat.
It's wise to avoid eating fats while insulin is active, and the only nutrients you should concentrate on consuming at that time is carbohydrates and proteins.

i now that you shouldnt eat fat, but I now al lot of people that gained fat when shooting slin (and they didnt eat fat the time the slin was active) to much carbs and protein wil also make you fat
I have shooted slin in the past pre and post workout (15iu each shot) and didnt gained fat, but that was because i was dieting that time and the rest of the day i almost didnt eat any carbs

put fat on body is easy, but put protein in muscle is more complicated, more elaborated, fat just accumulate, aminos have to be processed at ribosomes.
(A ribosome is an organelle composed of RNA and ribosomal proteins (known as a Ribonucleoprotein or RNP). It translatesmRNA into a polypeptide chain (e.g., a protein). It can be thought of as a factory that builds a protein from a set of genetic instructions. Ribosomes can float freely in the cytoplasm (the internal fluid of the cell) or bind to the endoplasmic reticulum, or to the nuclear envelope. Since ribosomes are ribozymes, it is thought that they might be remnants of the RNA world).

2gr x kg for protein is enough and 2-3 gr x kg for carbs is enough (to be lean).
